NEET 2024 Exam: The NEET 2024 Exam Date is now officially announced by the NTA and is available on the official website. As per the NTA Exam Calendar 2024-25, the NEET exam 2024 is going to be conducted on 5th May 2024 (Sunday). The National Testing Agency (NTA) will conduct the NEET exam 2024. The NEET UG 2024 Exam is conducted for admission into India’s government and private medical colleges. It is the single national-level medical entrance exam for entry into different medical courses at the undergraduate level in India. The National Medical Commission (NMC) and the Dental Council of India (DCI) data for the latest NEET seats indicate that over 1 lakh MBBS seats, 26949 BDS seats, 52720 AYUSH seats, 603 BVSc & AH seats are available, as well as 1899 AIIMS seats and 249 JIPMER seats in 612 medical and 315 dental colleges.

NEET 2024 Eligibility Criteria
Minimum age requirement: Candidates must have completed 17 years by 31 December 2024 to appear for NEET 2024.
Nationality: Candidates must be Indian citizens, Non-Resident Indians (NRIs), Overseas Citizens of India (OCIs), Persons of Indian Origin (PIOs), or Foreign Nationals.
Educational qualifications: Students who have either passed or who are appearing in 10+2 or equivalent are eligible to apply for NEET-UG 2024.
Subjects studied: Aspirants interested in applying for NTA NEET 2024 must have studied physics, chemistry, biology, and English at a recognized board.
Qualification exam marks: Candidates must score at least 50% in physics, chemistry, and biology in the qualifying examination. For candidates from SC, ST, and OBC-NCL categories, the minimum mark requirement is 40%.
NEET Exam Pattern 2024
NEET 2024 exam pattern is a paper-pencil-based test of Three hours and 20 minutes duration. The exam will consist of 200 questions from Physics, Chemistry and Biology, out of which 180 questions have to be attempted. Each subject will be divided into two sections, carrying 35 and 15 questions respectively. While it is compulsory to attempt all 35 questions in Section A, in Section B, candidates will have to attempt 10 out of 15 questions.

NEET 2024 Revised Syllabus by NMC
97 Chapters to 79 Chapters
Earlier in NEET there were 97 chapters of Physics, Chemistry and Biology but According to the latest syllabus of NMC now there are only 79 chapters, so you have to prepare for 79 chapters only.
