Delhi Nursery School Admission 2024-25: The Directorate of Education, Delhi, has announced the schedule for Delhi Nursery School Admission 2024-25 for Nursery, KG, and Class 1 in private schools in the city for general category students will commence on 23 November 2023 and the last date to submit admission forms is 15 December 2023.

Registration for admission to nursery, KG, and class 1 in private schools for general category students will commence on 23 November 2023. According to a Directorate of Education notification, the last date to submit admission forms is December 15. Private schools have confirmed that there will be no changes to the rules this time, and the National Education Policy (NEP) guidelines regarding the age of entry in Class I and the starting of Balvatika have not been included. The first list will be published on 12 January 2024.

Age relaxation for admission of up to 30 days may be granted at the level of the head of school in the minimum and upper-age limits for these classes.

Age Relaxation Criteria

There is a provision for age relaxation for children who are eligible for admission but are born after the cutoff date. Age relaxation can be granted in the following cases:

1. A child born to an armed forces personnel who has died on duty.

2. A child who is physically disadvantaged.

3. A child who is an orphan.

Delhi Nursery School Admission 2024-25 Eligibility Criteria

1. To be eligible for admission to nursery schools in Delhi, a child must be between the ages of 3 and 5 years as on March 31, 2024.

Delhi Nursery School Admission 2024-25 Reservation
