Essential Qualification

Class VI

  • Passed Class V from a School which is registered and recognized by a competent
    government authority or is affiliated to an approved Public Examination Board

Class IX

  • Passed Class VIII from a School which is registered and recognized by a competent
    government authority or is affiliated to an approved Public Examination Board.
Selection Process

Class I

  • Through Admission Test.
    a) Written Test : 85 Marks
    b) Interaction : 15 Marks

Class VI

  • Through Admission Test.
    a) Written Test : 85 Marks
    b) Interview : 15 Marks

Class IX

  • Through Admission Test.
    a) Written Test : 85 Marks
    b) Interview : 15 Marks
Exam Detail

Class I

  •  25 subjective/ objective type questions on English, Arithmetic, Urdu and GK.

Class VI

  • The Written Test shall comprise two sections as detailed below:
    Section-I: It shall be of 25 marks comprising 25 Objective type questions (MCQ) of one mark each on Languages (English, Urdu and Hindi)
    Section-II: It shall be of 60 marks comprising of 60 Objective type questions (MCQ) of one mark each with the following break-up:
    1. Mathematics : 30 marks
    2. Science : 30 marks

Class IX

  • The Written Test shall comprise two sections as detailed below:
    Section-I: It shall be of 25 marks comprising 25 Objective type questions (MCQ) of one mark each on Languages (English, Urdu and Hindi)
    Section-II: It shall be of 60 marks comprising of 60 Objective type questions (MCQ) of one mark each with the following break-up:
    1. Mathematics : 30 marks
    2. Science : 30 marks
Syllabus

Class VI

  • The Test paper syllabus shall be the same as prescribed for Class V by C.B.S.E./ N.C.E.R.T. and followed in University Schools.

Class IX

  • The Test paper syllabus shall be the same as prescribed for Class VIII by C.B.S.E./ N.C.E.R.T. and followed in University Schools.
