About: The National Testing Agency (NTA) is inviting Online Applications for NEET (UG) – 2023 for admission to undergraduate medical courses in all the medical institutions across India.

Application Start – 6 Mar 2023

Last Date- 6 Apr 2023

Exam Date – 7 May 2023 

APPLICATION FEES

  • GEN- 1700/-
  • EWS/OBC- 1600/-
  • SC/ST/PWD/Third Gender- 1000/-
  • Outside India – 9500/-

 

  • A candidate who is appearing in the qualifying examination, i.e., class 12 in 2023, whose result is awaited, may apply and appear in the test
  • Candidates who have appeared or are appearing at the qualifying Examination with English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as the main subject and expect to pass the Examination with the required percentage of marks are also eligible to apply 

AGE

  • He/she has completed 17 years of age at the time of admission.
  •  No upper age limit.

  • Pen & Paper-based Test
Duration of Exam
  • 3 hours and 20 minutes
Pattern of the Exam
  • The Test pattern of NEET (UG) – 2023 comprises four Subjects.
  • Each subject will consist of two sections.
  • Section A will consist of 35 Questions
  • Section B will have 15 Questions, out of these 15 Questions, candidates can choose to attempt any 10 Questions.
Marking Pattern 
  • Correct answer or the most appropriate answer: Four marks (+4)
  • Any incorrect option marked will be given minus one mark (-1).

Q.1 What is admission and certification all about?

Ans. It is an initiative to help students by providing information to the students, regarding exam dates, application dates, issue of hall tickets and important advisory to the students regarding the specific examinations. Overall it’s an initiative to help students to excel in their areas of interest.

Q.2 Does admission and certification assist students with foreign admissions?

Ans. It is our endeavour to assist students in all their approaches whether it is domestic admission exams or it is foreign admission exams. We are currently associated with some Russian colleges for helping students to take  MBBS programs. We are also associated with Canadian schools to help students to take admission to Ontario Secondary School Diploma ( OSSD), which is helpful in taking up admissions to foreign colleges/ universities during their advanced studies.

Q.3 How are exam-specific instructions given to the students?

Ans. We encourage students to join our WhatsApp group (The link is given on the home page). Through this group, we continuously give information regarding the conduct of live webinars, where we invite experts in the subjects to interact with the students and clarify all their doubts regarding the exams they are preparing for.

Q.4 How can I excel in NEET UG exams?

Ans. We have very special arrangements for the students who are preparing for NEET UG  2023 exams. We conduct regular live interactions of the students with subject experts especially physics and chemistry Biology in particular for clarifying all their doubts. We have a dedicated WhatsApp group for all the students preparing for NEET UG 2023
